Live In Hotel General Manager jobs, Highlights:
- The salaries range from £48,000 to £65,000 based on experience
- KPI bonuses on top
- Accommodation/ Live In provided (some are provided for free, some up to £250 with bills included, all are self contained accommodation)
- All of the positions are within smaller, boutique properties. So these are very much hands-on GM roles working shifts, with further tasks of 'business responsibilities' such as P&L, marketing as part of the roles.
- Some of the roles come with a company vehicle.
- Some of the roles are happy (and even ideal) if you wanted to take your partner with you.
Live In Hotel General Manager jobs, Candidate Criteria:Â
- Candidates must have experience as General Manager in a Hotel.
- Due to all the hotels being situated rurally, its important you have lived/worked rurally in a permanent position at some point. (This is due to way of living consideration).
- We are looking for candidates seeking full time permanent positions (returning home will be practical a couple of times per year though).
