Description

Overview the Accident/Injury process end to end in regards to EL and PL claims

Liaison with the Company insurers and solicitors on operational matters

Sign solicitors statements prepared on behalf of the company

Represent the company on procedural matters at Coroners Courts

Represent the company on procedural matters at Civil Courts

Policy lead for all which includes writing new policies and procedures

Ensure Publication and policy changes in the Bulletin

Manage policies and procedures at a company level

Advise, support and guide senior managers on company policies, procedures and practices

Prepare and manage annual contingency planning

Provide reports for all monthly meetings and attend as required

Attend operational meetings providing insight regarding operational non-compliances

Liaise with relevant external stakeholders to demonstrate contractual compliance

Managing the complaints process end to end.

Provide data analysis on complaints to support operational management

Manging incident reporting process end to end

Provide data analysis on incidents to support operational management

Profile

The ability to work well under pressure and to tight time deadlines, as well as a flexible team player who can support the wider Operations Management team as and when required

Up to date knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures

Strong persuading and influencing skills and a positive and practical attitude.

Relevant IT skills.

Ability to think ahead, plan work and meet deadlines

Accuracy and attention to detail

Good communication skills, both written and oral

Strong customer service focus

Proven multi-tasking experience in a fast paced environment
