Senior Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with a reputable client based in Belper, who are now seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to work on a variety of Commercial, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Industrial developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing, forward-thinking team of Architects, Technologists and Engineers at a variety of levels from Graduates to experienced & fully Chartered professionals. The team is located at their Head Office in Belper and provides hybrid working options. You will get the opportunity to work as part of the design/technical team on multiple projects at once, ranging in size and scope. Project values are typically between 1m - 50m. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working across all RIBA stages with a slight focus on stages 4/5.

• Work on exciting Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Industrial developments across all RIBA Stages with a slight focus on 4/5.
• Help mentor more junior members of staff
• Lead on projects
• Working on multiple projects at once, producing working drawings and specifications and reviewing/editing similar work drafted by others
• Create Revit models
• Work as part of a wider design and technical team
• Produce technical details
• Creating drawings for planning, building control, and construction issues
• Attending client design meeting

• Good Revit knowledge
• 5 years+ experience working as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong technical detailing experience
• Experience working in multiple projects is advantageous
• Practical knowledge in Building and Planning regulations/procedures
• Able to work efficiently from home and in the office around the team
• Strong interpersonal, communication and written articulation skills
• A team player with the determination to drive projects forward
