SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for Hyrbid Temporary HR and Compliance Administrator for one of our clients based in North Derbyshire. This is an on-going temporary assignment, which could potentially lead to a Fixed Term Contract or Permanent position.
The client are rapidly growing and experiencing successful, continued growth across all areas within the business. This is a key role for the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running, someone who has really understands the importance of compliance and someone with a strong attention to detail.
Day to day duties will include:
Administrative tasks supporting all onboarding, HR and Recruitment
DBS Checks
Reference checks - chasing where required
Completing all compliance for new starters
System updates and reporting
Day to day HR/Recruitment support
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in HR, Recruitment or Compliance and excellent administration skills - who is looking to gain more skills in this particular area and really manage a project of their own.
