Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service, warranty, and PFL invoice processes, ensuring strict compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Maximize profitability by efficiently processing service, warranty, and PFL job cards within guidelines.
- Collaborate with technicians, customers, and manufacturers to guarantee smooth claim processing.

- Proven experience in a warranty or service advisor role, ideally in the automotive or commercial sector.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for managing administrative tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
