Job: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Berkhamsted

Status: Full time

Your role will be to motivate, support and encourage pupils within your remit.

The role will give you experience with SEN and some Anti-Social Behaviour. Excellent if you are sincere about a future career within mental health.

The role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant consist of;

  • Working with Primary aged students all with EHCPs with Autism.
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour that will take getting used to, this is all part of the role when aiding society's most
  • A Real focus holistic techniques to gain engagement
  • Positive engagement, giving the children a sense of acceptance, talking therapy will not always work here so different approaches required
