The client is looking for someone who could make the step up to Engineering Manager in the next few years. The RoleAs Maintenance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance operations across the site, ensuring equipment reliability, efficiency, and compliance with standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and leading a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Planning and prioritizing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Overseeing reactive and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Ensuring contractor compliance with site safety and regulatory standards.
