THE ROLE:
The HRM role reports into a leading Director working as part of the senior leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity to be the lead person in HR where there is true involvement in all key areas of the business, this is a role that will offer excellent job satisfaction and the chance make your mark, add value and make a real difference. Working in a very positive and team driven organisation where there is a strong open culture - this role would suit a capable generalist HR professional who enjoys full involved in all the People strategy, managing the full employee life cycle, has the confidence to influence and challenge the status quo, with a keenness to refine, develop and embed the people strategy across the business whilst supporting the management team and getting involved in HR projects such as restructures, policy alignment, developing, training and supporting the Executive and Management team. The role can be worked on a 3 day a week basis or spread across 5 days (21 hours a week).
The role of the HR Manager will cover all areas of HR for the business working closely with the senior Executive team and Managers supporting from the top down and bottom up. In this role there is the real opportunity to take full ownership of the role and make your mark working in an excellent company and culture.
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD qualified.
Strong generalist HR background.
Experience of implementing, embedding in and aligning HR policies.
Previous experience leading on restructures, ER, Recruitment, Talent, some experience working with executive board, supporting Managers and being the 'go to' person for all of HR in a business.
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience of performance management, policy writing and implementation, up-to-date with the changes in employment law
