THE CANDIDATE:CIPD qualified.Strong generalist HR background.Experience of implementing, embedding in and aligning HR policies.Previous experience leading on restructures, ER, Recruitment, Talent, some experience working with executive board, supporting Managers and being the "go to" person for all of HR in a business.
