The successful candidate will be eager to contribute to a respected company while developing their skills in a supportive environment.The Duties of a Shot Blaster:
  • Set up and operate shot blasting equipment to prepare surfaces
  • Inspect surfaces to determine the correct techniques and tools needed.
  • Ensure all materials are finished to meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain shot blasting equipment
  • Work with the manufacturing team to achieve production targets.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
The Requirements of a Shot Blaster:
  • Previous experience as a Shot Blaster
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
