Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Property Assets Manager for a prestigious client in Bexleyheath.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of strategic asset management, ensuring that the land and buildings portfolio is fit for purpose, cost-effective, and supports the effective delivery of current and future services across various departments.

This is a full time, temporary assignment offering 659.90 per day Umbrella LTD (500 per day PAYE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic asset management, ensuring the property portfolio aligns with the needs of service departments and delivers maximum value.
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the Asset Management Framework, including the development and implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and Plan.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of service-based asset plans, strategic property reviews, and locality reviews, while fostering strong relationships with senior leaders internally and externally.
  • Support the commissioning and delivery of the Capital Programme by working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that land and property assets are managed effectively.
  • Lead on the management of Property Data Management systems to facilitate evidence-based decision-making and ensure the ongoing performance of the property portfolio is effectively monitored and reported.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in strategic property and asset management within the public or private sector.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at senior levels.
  • Experience in the management of capital programmes related to land and property assets.
  • Expertise in property data management systems and using data to support asset management decision-making.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective asset management policies and strategies.
