Reed is recruiting for a dynamic and expanding company, seeking an Operations and Customer Service Executive. This pivotal role ensures the seamless daily operations of the company, offering valuable insights into various business and operational aspects. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, supporting managerial staff, and coordinating with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle internal and external communications with stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and manage stock.
- Complete various administrative tasks including opening post, sending out letters, and ensuring office supplies are replenished.
- Process customer orders and returns, and follow up on customer feedback with managers.
- Support the Sales and PR teams with queries, customer orders, and send outs.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on inbound deliveries and manage supplier barcode allocation and confirmation.
- Ensure the returns of all brands are processed within 48 hours of items being returned to HQ.
- Maintain professionalism and build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, administration or operations.
- Must have driving licence and access to a car
- PC literate with proficient IT and administration skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work dynamically within a team and adapt to changing environments.
