Learning & Development Coordinator12-month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire (hybrid working available) Salary: c.£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus favourable benefits packageWe are seeking a highly organised and personable Learning & Development Coordinator to join our clients' welcoming team to cover a period of maternity, on a 12 month fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will manage training requests and Learning & Development administration, liaising with the wider business to discover training needs, and keeping all aspects of training up to date within the business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify learning opportunities with external training providers.
  • Administer staff training via the eLearning platform.
  • Coordinate Learning and Development aspects of the audit process 
  • Liaising with managers to uncover their skills gaps within teams. 
  • Partner with colleagues for mandatory training compliance.
  • Monitor and report on Learning & Development budget.
  • Maintain training records on the HR Management system.
  • Design and deliver training with managers
  • Identify new learning opportunities.
  • Improve administrative procedures for training requests.
  • Organise training events and venues.
  • Coordinate travel schedules 

This opportunity would suit an individual who has an interest within the Learning & Development space, who is highly organised and has previous experience of working within a fast paced administrative function. 

It would also be useful to have the following attributes: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with online eLearning platforms.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands.
  • Independent and efficient time management.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Flexible and self-motivated.
