We are looking for a dedicated Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our thriving close-knit team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service, coupled with a keen attention to detail.

You will also help support the Customer Service Manager and act as a Team Leader to the team by mentoring others in the team and showing strong leadership skills.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Advisor include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
  • Support the secretarial and business support department as needed
  • Support the other managers on projects as may be required and lead the team in their absence
  • Mentor and train new customer service representatives, sharing best practices and providing support

Profile

The successful Senior Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a team leader/managerial role is highly desirable, but not essential
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Self-starter who is quick and adept at problem solving
  • Be a confident, reliable and proactive individual
