About the Job
The Finance Business Partner role will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. The position is highly collaborative, engaging with various internal stakeholders to drive commercial performance, provide financial insights, and support future growth plans.
Duties will include:

Managing annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Preparing and delivering detailed financial reports and analysis, including KPIs and performance against budget.

Producing management information for the senior leadership team, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.

Building and presenting business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

Acting as a key financial advisor to stakeholders across the business, communicating complex financial data in an accessible way.

Providing insight into cost management, operational efficiency, and strategic investments.

Evaluating the financial impact of new business initiatives, partnerships, and sales opportunities.
About the Successful Applicant
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or QBE, you will bring proven experience within a finance business partnering role. Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability are essential, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident in building business cases, presenting to senior stakeholders, and supporting commercial decision-making.
