The team are experiencing fantastic growth and looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Finance and Office Manager to join them. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage and oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of all transactions.
  • Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor financial performance against budgets and report on variances.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Prepare for and coordinate financial audits.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability and liquidity.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
  • Undertake any other duties and reasonable requests that are in keeping with the nature of the role.

Skills Required

  • AAT Level 4 Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA,CIMA).
  • Strong Accounting background and knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Proven experience in a similar role before.
  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and forward-thinking mindset
