HR & Payroll OfficerAmazing opportunity for a proactive and versatile HR & Payroll Officer to join a fast paced business and be the first point of call for all HR duties and payroll enquiries. The role will be based on-site in Biggleswade and will require the successful applicant to be in the office daily. If you are an excellent communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels and you have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment this could be a great role for you. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of HR administration including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, employee records management, and exit processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Coordinating with the HR team to implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing reporting and analysis as required.
  • Liaise with external payroll providers and internal finance teams to resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Provide analysis and advice on HR matters to the leadership team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues and employee development.
