Position: 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant (Year 6)

Location: Wallasey

Hours: Part-time (Mornings), then full time.

The Role: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 student transitioning back to school. This role will involve working closely with the student, teachers, and parents to provide personalised assistance and facilitate a smooth and successful return to the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-2-1 support to a Year 6 student, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional needs.

  • Assist with classroom activities, ensuring the student remains engaged and on task.

  • Implement individualised learning plans and adapt materials to meet the student's needs.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the student's confidence and self-esteem.
