A large Housing Association with an extensive development portfolio is seeking an Interim Accountant – Property Development (Social Housing) on a 3–6 month contract. This critical role will contribute to the smooth financial management of their development activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of reconciliations for subsidiaries, SPVs, and JVs.
  • Reconciling cash flow information to the development finance system.
  • Providing financial support to stakeholders on key Development Finance concepts.
  • Leading the accounting for complex tax setups surrounding property development including partial exemption.
