Overview

Our highly regarded Commercial Property client, located in a stunning City Centre office, is currently seeking a Senior Client Accountant to join a boutique team responsible for managing a substantial client portfolio for vareity of clients . The company is experiencing remarkable growth, attracting new business across various sectors, and the senior leadership team is dedicated to investing in your professional development.

As a Senior, your role will be dynamic, as each day will bring new challenges in managing a diverse portfolio of properties. You will oversee financial reporting from accruals and prepayments through to budgeting and forecasting for all funds associated with each property, including ground rent, service charges, sinking funds, VAT, and deposits. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating various reports for your clients, delivering them in person with commentary to maintain strong relationships.

Skills required

  • Previous experience in Client/Service Charge Accounting is critical.
  • Strong communication skills, as this position involves client interaction.
  • Experience in compiling management reports for senior stakeholders including revenue and variances.
  • An adaptable nature, capable of thinking under pressure and collaborating effectively in a team.
