We're seeking a dedicated Senior Credit Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team in Birmingham. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong ability to manage financial accounts and promote strong client relationships.

Description

  • Efficiently manage and control customer accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
  • Contribute to financial planning and budgeting processes.

  • Continually strive for process improvements within the finance department.

Profile

A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
