Description
- Efficiently manage and control customer accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
- Contribute to financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
- Continually strive for process improvements within the finance department.
Profile
A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
- An aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
