The role requires a finance qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, leading inventory controls, and supporting junior finance team members.
The position offers a permanent contract with a salary dependent on experience, along with benefits such as 25 days holiday and an 8% matched pension.
The working hours are flexible, with core hours from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial forecasts in line with IFRS.
Leading inventory controls, including valuation, monthly reviews, and the yearly stocktake process.
Reviewing project margins, working with the project team to analyse deviations and forecasting project costs.
Supporting junior finance team members and collaborating on labour absorption improvements with operations.
Acting as the primary liaison for external auditors, providing work papers and analysis for year-end audits.

Senior Management AccountantEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Holder of a relevant finance qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS standards.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive process improvements.
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with large data sets.
