Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service Charge Accountant to join a long-term, high-profile project for an established property client. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available professional to take on a confidential and business-critical role, managing a large portfolio of residential service charges and reconciling a significant backlog of year-ends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management accounting, with hands-on experience in the full service charge cycle. Prior exposure to project-based work and backlog reconciliation is highly desirable. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills, as you will be liaising with landlords, tenants, managing agents, and auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
