The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring time recovery and payment of debts, resolving account queries along with the processing and reconciling invoices.
Skills Required:
- Experience in successfully collecting both high and low value amounts of debt in a time efficient manner as well as reconciling invoices.
- Strong communication skills required to build relationships with stakeholders and customers in order to effectively set terms and negotiate payment plans.
- Keen attention to detail is required in order to manage customer accounts to ensure that records are kept accurate and up to date at all times.
- General Familiarity with accounting software to ensure account portfolios are managed effectively and daily to-do lists are actioned.
