The position will entail a flexible, hybrid working schedule and requires an experienced but immediately available candidate to join the experienced finance team. The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring time recovery and payment of debts, resolving account queries along with the processing and reconciling invoices.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in successfully collecting both high and low value amounts of debt in a time efficient manner as well as reconciling invoices.
  • Strong communication skills required to build relationships with stakeholders and customers in order to effectively set terms and negotiate payment plans.
  • Keen attention to detail is required in order to manage customer accounts to ensure that records are kept accurate and up to date at all times.
  • General Familiarity with accounting software to ensure account portfolios are managed effectively and daily to-do lists are actioned.
