About the Role:

A prestigious global financial services firm is looking for a proactive and organized Junior Bankers Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to over 25 Junior Bankers at Analyst, Associate, and Junior VP levels. This is a fast-paced and demanding role within a collaborative team environment, offering an excellent opportunity for those with a background in customer service or administration.

You will receive full in-house and remote training, along with continuous support from the Team Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing high workloads, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and calendar management for junior bankers (Associate level and above)
  • Scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Handling a high volume of calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Booking rooms for internal/external meetings and video conferences across various locations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight and accommodation bookings, and car services
  • Managing expenses and invoices for the team
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and handling ad-hoc requests
  • Providing coverage for colleagues' phone and holiday responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Comfort in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Proactive approach to diary management and problem-solving
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
