Responsibilities

  • Document Control
  • Maintain/set up the project filing systems for a variety of documents including majority of site specific correspondence.
  • Coordinate and process general administrative work
  • Maintain proactive and positive relationships with the project sites team and wider administrative support function.
  • Maintain holidays, sickness, Annual leave tracker
  • Book meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings
  • Any other administrative requirements set by line manager
