Our client, a well-established business in the Edgbaston area are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team. As an Office Administrator you will face a range of job duties such as answering the telephone, dealing with property inquiries and taking messages.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Answering telephone: dealing with property enquiries, liaising with clients and solicitors, transferring calls and taking messages.
- Booking appointments for valuers in diaries.
- Audio typing of auction terms, details for catalogue etc.
- Carrying out anti-money laundering checks on clients and potential buyers.
- Attending auction as auction admin.
- Covering all other general office duties.
- Assisting with any other ad hoc duties.
