Hays is recruiting an interim Support Officer for our Network Mitigations team. The successful candidate will provide essential technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the team and assist in the development of the Network Mitigation Forum Toolkit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Assistance: Support the team in the development and delivery of transport strategies by providing technical assistance and coordinating project activities.
- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Network Mitigations Manager and the team, including preparing documents, producing technical reports, and creating spreadsheets.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Management: Maintain and organise data, records, and files related to transport projects and strategies.
- Communication: Assist in drafting and distributing communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate specific meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Help monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for the team and stakeholders.
