- Respond to student queries and provide timely support.
- Communicate changes such as timetable adjustments and class cancellations.
- Manage re-enrolment for progressing students and coordinate Staff-Student Committee meetings.
- Maintain attendance records in compliance with University and UKVI requirements.
- Regularly update student data in the management system (e.g. SITS).
- Organise student events and handle student letter requests.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth student engagement processes.
- Experience in customer service and admin in higher education.
- Knowledge of UKVI regulations and student funding (desirable)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
