My client, a Digital Agency, are looking for an Account Manager on a permanent basis.
The role is a FULLY REMOTE opportunity and the client are looking to pay £45,000.
Account Manager you will:
- Build, maintain and expand relationships with assigned clients (post-sales).
- Have involvement in managing clients’ projects; being the bridge between teams and delivering the best result for the client.
- Manage clients’ projects and their expectations.
- Involved in answering clients’ questions regarding basic SEO framework where possible.
- Act as a Solution Manager, taking an active role on projects.
- Cooperate with SEO and Content teams, as well as third-party vendors to process orders.
- Report campaign progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform keyword research to learn about relevant keyword groups and target keywords according to clients' business goals.
- Develop and execute projects and products that deliver business results.
- Translate clients' business models and KPIs into developing effective and ROI-driven SEO strategies.
Prior Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Account/Project/Client-relationship management.
- Vast knowledge of SEO or related topics like web development and digital marketing campaigns.
- Able to to understand client's strategic goals, advise clients to take action and navigate conflict.
- Able to translate strategic priorities into operational plans that define how to achieve results.
- Excellent listening and communication skills allow you to define clients’ needs and translate them into a digestible scope and goals.
- Strong analytical skills, including Risk Analysis (i.e. SWOT, RCA or Probability & Impact Matrix)
Desirable Skills
- Experience in sales and upselling.
- Practical SEO knowledge.
- A secondary language.
- Knowledge of GoogleAnalytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with CMS frameworks (i. e. WordPress, Shopify).
