Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning architecture practice who work on high profile projects within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to help provide excellent support and solutions to their architecture team based in Birmingham.
To be successful in applying for this role, an Architectural Technologist will require three years post qualification experience within a relevant role as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit. The successful individual will require to have excellent technical knowledge of the design of buildings, with strong experience with building performance being essential.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect Technologist:
- Strong technical knowledge of the design of buildings
- 3 years post qualification experience of working on UK based projects
- Proficient with Revit and Adobe
- Excellent organisational skills
- Successful background of delivering on projects using Revit
- Work on building performance aspects of projects such as CDM strategies
- Produce reports and drawings within tight deadlines
- Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham office
