As the Associate HR Business Partner (HR BP) you will work closely with stakeholders to support the delivery of HR services and initiatives.

This role acts as a bridge between teams and central services, ensuring effective communication and implementation of HR policies and practices.

The ideal candidate will have early to mid-career experience in HR, with a focus on large corporate environments.


Key responsibility:

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide HR support.
  • Bridge Between Teams and Central Services: Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams and central HR services.
  • Compensation Management: Assist in pay changes, salary reviews, and ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Employee Development: Support the development and implementation of people practices, including training and career development programs.
  • Headcount Management: Monitor and manage headcount, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Redundancy and Relocation: Manage redundancy processes and support employee redeployment and relocation efforts.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives within the organisation.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • HR Expertise: Provide tactical HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
