Our client has delivered field Management software for almost thirty years, with offices across the UK and Asia. They've entered an exciting growth phase in key markets, and are looking for two new hires to join the team as Enterprise sellers! You'll need some experience in a B2B Sales role, ideally in a SaaS environment within the service management industry.

Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's software suite and internal processes
  • Generate demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential business with fresh prospects
  • Book software demonstrations through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, emailing and other channels
  • Support and mentor junior sellers on best practice and strategy
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of SDR experience required, ideally in a SaaS organisation within the service management industry
  • Experience and confidence using SDR tools - LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and other relevant sales generation platforms. Ideally you will have some Hubspot experience too
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills befitting a Salesperson
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively
  • Resilient and highly organised
