Are you an Early Careers, or Emerging Talent Specialist looking for a new role? Frazer Jones are delighted to partner with an ambitious law firm to recruit an Early Careers Senior Advisor in either Birmingham or Manchester, offering up to £45,000.

This is an all-encompassing early careers opportunity involving the attraction, recruitment, and development of early careers talent across all offices. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of legal talent programmes and contribute to strategic projects.

Leading on the attraction and recruitment for all legal graduate and apprentice hiring for the firm, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools and universities, attending careers fairs and presenting at universities. You'll work with relevant experts to create an online marketing strategy enhance the firms social media presence in order to attract a diverse talent pool.

You will manage the onboarding process for graduates and apprentices, offering pastoral care and support in their development. Building strong relationships with emerging talent to understand and meet their development needs. You will proactively add value, improve processes and efficiencies to improve the candidate experience.

To be considered for this role you will possess strong early career/emerging talent recruitment and development experience gained within the legal sector. You also have a keen interest in diversity, inclusion and social mobility initiatives. You are professional, passionate and enthusiastic about making a real impact to future legal talent - possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are agile, and able to balance the operational vs strategic elements of this role.
