Do you have extensive management experience?

You have the opportunity to join a leading accountancy firm as an Associate Director! You would work alongside multiple departments to shape business structure, produce positive work culture and build a supportive team network. You must also be an excellent communicator to guide and mentor staff of all levels and work closely with clients.

An insight to your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for department success.
  • Relationship management, acquiring work and team development.
  • Support, motivate and mentor a team of all levels.
  • Understand the clients needs and provide a tailored service.
  • Day to day compliance and advisory for clients from yourself and the team.
  • Collaboratively work across offices to build a positive employee network.
  • Building and maintain client relationships.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Do you have the knowledge and experience?

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA.
  • Extensive management experience.
  • Proven ability of working with clients to deliver a quality service.
