NDT Inspector – Fabrication Industry

Responsibilities

  • Conduct NDT inspections using techniques such as visual weld inspection, radiographic testing, and dye penetrant testing.

  • Interpret test results to assess the quality and integrity of welds and fabricated components.

  • Ensure all inspections comply with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal procedures.

  • Maintain detailed inspection records and produce comprehensive reports.

  • Collaborate with fabrication and welding teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NDT technologies and best practices.

  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Certification to EN4179/NAS410 standards in relevant NDT methods (Level II or higher preferred).

  • Proven experience in NDT inspection within the welding and fabrication industry.

  • Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
