Location: Birmingham office (Nationwide travel required to projects)
Salary: £28-32,000 basic salary – car allowance after probation

We are seeking a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and work on a range of commercial projects across the UK, with a focus on the Hotel/Leisure sectors for the business.

This role offers the opportunity to progress your career to the next level, working on major schemes and complex multi-phased regeneration developments.

Day to Day of the role:

Visiting sites across the UK to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Scheduling and conducting client meetings to provide project updates and discuss future plans.
Managing tender contracts and engaging in Contract Administration duties.
Delivering commercial Project Management services from inception to completion.
Working independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative, with a willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

RICS accredited degree in a relevant field.
Membership or working towards membership of a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB).
Some experience in delivering projects within the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors.
Ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
Confident in a client-facing role and adept at working with established internal teams.
Must have own transport and be willing to travel nationwide.
Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
