Your Role As A Project Director Will Include:
* Lead the on-site delivery of a large-scale residential development
* Manage the construction process from start to finish ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with project timelines
* Oversee and coordinate large multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors etc
As A Project Director You Will Have:
*Proven experience as a construction/project director in design and build construction
*Track record of delivering medium to high-rise residential projects
*Experience with high-value projects
* Commutable to Birmingham - Location of base is flexible
