A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join a small, award-winning Birmingham-based consultancy.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

Operating out of two strategic offices in Birmingham and London, you will join a diverse team of Project Managers, Employers Agents, and Quantity Surveyors.

This cooperative team of 16 experts, across various stages of their careers ranging from Apprentice to Director, works in a laid-back, accommodating atmosphere where your input will be much appreciated.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible several fascinating projects in a range of industries, including mixed-use, residential, commercial, education, healthcare (blue light), and regeneration.

This firm provides an ideal career growth platform, with a clear path to Associate level, whether you're a seasoned Senior Project Manager or stepping up from a Project Manager post.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

The new Senior Project Manager will ideally have a broad variety of experience across a range of sectors, will be hands-on and driven, poised to progress within a growing team. You will also have:

  • A Construction related degree qualification (Project/Construction Management, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Project Management experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, CIOB) or currently working towards
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
