Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our Secure Mental Health Transport and Complex Care services, with a focus on Right Care, Right Person agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellence in service outcomes. The postholder must have a valid driving license to travel independently across regions.

Experience:

•Previous role as a Commissioner in the NHS, Local Authority or Business Development in the Independent sector in healthcare AND/OR Clinician as Matron in Acute and Emergency Medicine

•Proven work experience in a similar role, particularly as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role.

•Knowledge of the NHS and/or Private Healthcare sector, especially the mental health arena for Health or Social Care

•Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including senior people.

•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.

•Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
