Our client, a prominent organisation operating in technical services, is seeking a skilled Business Systems Trainer to join their team. The Role
As a Business Systems Trainer, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the subject matter expert for CAFM systems (Computer-Aided Facility Management) and reporting processes.
- Identifying user training needs, delivering tailored sessions, and maintaining up-to-date system knowledge.
- Promoting compliance with business system best practices and supporting users with technical queries.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across multiple accounts.
- Contributing to high-profile projects by enhancing user efficiency and operational effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a technical trainer or in-depth knowledge of CAFM, CMMS, or EAM systems.
- Alternatively, a background in business support or customer service with advanced IT skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a proactive approach to training delivery.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and internationally when required.
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- A full UK driving licence.
- A valid UK passport.
- Eligibility for BPSS security clearance (Basic Pre-Employment Screening).
