The Role

As a Business Systems Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for CAFM systems (Computer-Aided Facility Management) and reporting processes.
  • Identifying user training needs, delivering tailored sessions, and maintaining up-to-date system knowledge.
  • Promoting compliance with business system best practices and supporting users with technical queries.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across multiple accounts.
