Job Title: Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Trainer
Location: Midlands RegionSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking a Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Trainer to work across the Midlands region. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and assessing learners undertaking Level 5 Management Apprenticeships, helping them gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to excel in leadership roles.
You will deliver a structured and engaging learning experience through a blend of virtual training sessions via Google Meets and quarterly face-to-face visits. You will also conduct End Point Assessment mock visits to ensure learners are fully prepared.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching, training, and assessment to support learners in achieving their qualifications.
- Design and implement individual learning plans that align with employer needs and learner progression.
- Build strong relationships with apprentices, mentors, line managers, and stakeholders to enhance learner success.
- Embed Functional Skills into apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners in meeting essential Maths and English requirements.
- Support apprentices and employers in planning and recording 'off-the-job’ training, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards.
- Guide learners towards successful End Point Assessments (EPA) by conducting mock assessments and tracking their readiness.
- Ensure all training and assessments align with Ofsted, ESFA, and EIF requirements.
Essential/Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in teaching, training, and assessment, with a recognised Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management.
- At least three years of industry experience in a management-related role.
- Minimum one year of experience delivering new apprenticeship standards.
- Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, or equivalent) - desirable.
- Level 2 in Maths and English Functional Skills (or equivalent GCSE qualifications).
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential).
