Job Title: Talent Development Advisor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bens 
   
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging training workshops to support career development.
  • Provide internal coaching to help employees develop skills and behaviors that align with their career aspirations.
  • Design learning materials and resources to enhance training program.
  • Facilitate team away days and group sessions within designated business areas.
  • Share responsibility for delivering the Graduate Development Program and Management Skills Development Program.
  • Support project planning and training for health and wellbeing, D&I, and career aspiration initiatives.
  • Assist the Talent Development Director in organising and delivering workshops aligned with wellbeing, career aspiration, and responsible business initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training.
  • Ability to design engaging, outcome-focused training.
  • Coaching experience preferred.
  • Excellent written communication for learning resources and guidelines.
  • Skilled in evaluating training effectiveness to enhance engagement, productivity, and performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and business processes
