Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training workshops to support career development.
- Provide internal coaching to help employees develop skills and behaviors that align with their career aspirations.
- Design learning materials and resources to enhance training program.
- Facilitate team away days and group sessions within designated business areas.
- Share responsibility for delivering the Graduate Development Program and Management Skills Development Program.
- Support project planning and training for health and wellbeing, D&I, and career aspiration initiatives.
- Assist the Talent Development Director in organising and delivering workshops aligned with wellbeing, career aspiration, and responsible business initiatives.
- Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training.
- Ability to design engaging, outcome-focused training.
- Coaching experience preferred.
- Excellent written communication for learning resources and guidelines.
- Skilled in evaluating training effectiveness to enhance engagement, productivity, and performance.
- Support the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and business processes
