Talent Development Advisor – Birmingham 💼

Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits

This is an Learning & Development position - not recruitment. 

We are seeking a Talent Development Advisor to join an innovative team, driving career development and employee growth through impactful training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training workshops focused on career development and skill enhancement.
✅ Provide internal coaching to help employees align their skills and behaviors with career aspirations.
Design and create learning materials to support training initiatives and programs.
✅ Facilitate team away days and group sessions for designated business areas.
✅ Contribute to the Graduate Development Program and Management Skills Development Program delivery.
✅ Support project planning for health and wellbeing, D&I, and career aspiration initiatives.
✅ Assist the Talent Development Director with organizing and delivering workshops on wellbeing, career development, and responsible business topics.

What You’ll Need:
  • Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person training.
  • Ability to design engaging, outcome-focused training programs.
  • Coaching experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating learning materials and guidelines.
  • Skilled in evaluating training effectiveness to improve engagement, productivity, and performance.
  • Experience supporting the development and implementation of learning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Understanding of compliance with governance, risk, and business processes.
