Fantastic opportunity for a professional Neighbourhood Officer to work with one of the UKs leading and highly reputable housing associations covering the Birmingham region.

My client, who is an award winning housing association is looking for an experienced and professional neighbourhood officer to assist with day to day management of properties and tenancies.

Work will range from overseeing tenancy management, dealing with anti-social behaviour, carrying out regular inspections and conducting tenancy reviews for properties within an allocated patch.

Requirements:

  • Ability to carry out interviews to discuss sensitive customer issues
  • Excellent I.T Skills
  • Ability to develop successful professional relationships with partners to achieve positive outcomes
  • Willingness and ability to work flexibly and to attend meetings and other events outside normal business hours to meet the needs of the service
  • Ability to adapt positively to change, be resilient to challenges, obstacles, and handling conflict
  • Highly self-motivated, able to act with integrity and show drive and enthusiasm
  • Current clean driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience within a similar role
