We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our Accounting & Finance department, providing key support in managing the credit control process.

Description

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all payments are in line with agreed terms.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and queries promptly.
  • Prepare weekly reports on account statuses and update records accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure credit issues are resolved quickly.
  • Perform credit checks on potential clients to assess creditworthiness.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of credit control procedures.
  • Work closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Profile

  • Strong understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using advanced business software and financial systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
