Are you a Credit Controller looking for a new role with a company that truly values its clients and employees? We are a Birmingham based recruitment agency that specialises in the public sector. This internal role is to support the ever-growing operational unit and will be based in the accounts team, purely focused on credit control.

The Credit Controller role:

  • Managing the sales ledger made up of a wide portfolio of clients
  • Recording all notes onto the system and providing information to clients on outstanding debts and agreeing on payment plans
  • Daily bank reconciliations and cash allocation
  • Bespoke reporting pack delivered for key clients
  • Build strong internal relationships to help resolve and escalate queries
  • Contribute to team meetings and have a collective team approach towards wider goals
  • Following through the debt collection process when required
  • Working with the team to meet business needs
  • Administrative tasks

As the Credit Controller you'll need:

  • 2 years’ experience working as a Credit Controller
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation
