Calling all Credit Controller looking to join a reputable company for their next role! This Birmingham based role offers an excellent hybrid split and has a variety of duties including but not limited to chasing overdue debt via phone and email, assisting with any legal proceedings involved with debt chasing, preparing debtor reports, processing invoices and new accounts, as well as assisting with month end processes as required.

What you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to excel at building strong relationships with clients and adopt the company's collaborative nature.
  • Previous experience working as a Credit Controller or in a similar role is essential.
  • An ambitious nature and a results-oriented mindset, with previous experience working with KPI's is advantageous.
  • Strong Excel skills is essential, including experience with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
