Salary: 23.00 - 24.00 per hour + Benefits
Days - 33 hours
Shifts: 8am to 8pm or 8am to 2pm.
Time Recruitment are searching for a Clinical Lead for an independent care provider who have decades of experience running and managing successful nursing homes.
Exclusively delivering care in the west and east midlands the group is ran by clinicans at operational level so they understand what care and nursing excellence looks like, we are looking for a Clinical Lead to join this already thriving team in promoting clinical excellence!
The service is a specialist dementia home catering to the needs of the local community; they have small 17 bedded specialist units ensuring skill mixing, good quality care and staffing ratio's are easily and safely managed.

Qualifications required for the Clinical Lead role:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence.
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership role or similar position within a healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of patient care practices and anatomy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and staff.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing care
